Return Policy
Customers of Cosmoflag have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return. To start the return process, please submit a request via the contact form on our website or email us directly at info@cosmoflag.com, including your order number.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned in their original condition and include all components (packaging, accessories, and manuals). The customer may be held liable for any damage to the item during the return process, which could void the right to a refund or exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked return service to avoid disputes regarding the receipt of the returned item.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a detailed description and photos of the defects and send them to info@cosmoflag.com. Claims made after 48 hours may be refused.
EXCLUSIONS
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale items are not refundable.
- If your order included a free item (e.g., due to a special promotion or delivery error), and you return items for which you received a gift, the free item must also be returned.
REFUND PROCEDURE
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
SHIPPING COST REFUNDS
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
